March Prayers for KCW
SERVICE LEADING
That God would give us wisdom and clarity of thought as we consider what our “gathering” will look like over the remainder of 2021 as lockdown eases; energy for those serving; new people to support; and what our weekly Sunday meetings and monthly mid week meeting should look like
Pray for godly wisdom as we consider new songs to introduce: good theologically sound songs that are enjoyable, singable, and edifying to the King’s family
AV/STREAMING
Give thanks for providing volunteers and the training session last week
Give thanks for God carrying us through and keeping us all in good health and helping us to sort out many of the technical difficulties
Give thanks for the privilege to be allowed to meet together during lockdown and the provision of technology to allow us to reach our broader family
For wisdom as we consider how to continue to improve on our AV ministry and what it might look like as lockdown eases
For willing hands and opportunities to train a broader team
MUSIC
Give thanks, even with challenges of cables coming out of laptops, we as a church can celebrate through song that our God can do Great Things.
Give thanks for musicians time and effort preparing for Sunday’s seeking and praying how songs can support what God is saying through His word.
Pray that as leaders we can grow the team, musically and spiritually and develop each other.
Pray that the hall will be filled with the songs of heaven from all of us soon. Through our songs, singing to one another, that God will create in us a fresh outpouring of our love for our saviour that will be so infectious, it will shape our week, our family, our street, our work.
SETUP, HEALTH AND SAFETY
Prayer for wisdom as await new guidance from govt as we come out of lockdown
To interpret it right and wisdom in practical planning
Also prayer for extra steward hands.
